If you have a travel history or are unwell please do not visit our office at this time unfortunately we will have to deny entry.

No more than one guest is allowed during your visit, guests beyond this amount, or based on in-store amount, may be asked to wait outside.

Masks are required for entry.

Contact lens fittings can be done at this time, but if you just need to reorder please call us or order online.

If you are experiencing any medical eye problems (red eyes, itching eyes, watery eyes, or eye health related issues etc.) please call to speak with doctor for advice before making an appointment.

Glasses, or lenses, may be replaced / reordered without the need for annual exam providing you are happy with your vision from current pair, and have your prescription. Note: to use health insurance prescription must be within 2 years. Payment can be made via bank transfer, and delivered free in the corporate area.

How to schedule your appointment online:

Our new system is designed to give you control of your schedule for greater convenience. Please note your patient ID is branch specific. If you are a patient of both branches expect to receive an email with your Patient ID from both locations. Please use your respective IDs for the location at which you would like to schedule your appointment.

  1. Click the ‘Click to Book An Appointment’ button above or below
  2. Select the branch most convenient for your examination
  3. Select whether you are a new or registered (existing) patient
  4. For registered patients, insert your Patient ID (Identifier; browse email for “Eye Q Optical’s New Online Appointment Booking“) and Date of Birth (DOB)
  5. Follow the next steps on booking page to complete your booking

Upon completion, you will receive an email confirming the details of your appointment. Should you experience difficulties gaining access with your Patient ID, we invite you to register as a new patient to schedule your appointment. To cancel an appointment scheduled online, please call to speak to a representative or email us at info@EyeQjamaica.com for further assistance.
